I'm getting used to this, and it's easier if I use my hand for the car stronger and weaker hand to the handle. The Bottom Line: Platinum Hoover CSV is absolutely shines in two areas: ease of use (Brushroll Brushroll pass out, is one of the heights and types of surface), and the ability to clean, especially the delicate maneuver of having pet hair off carpet. To the wise: I got this information from Hoover, after my battery failed: Store the battery in the charger (I have stored in the magazine and did it from the charger when I needed.) There is nothing in the instructions on the subject, but by storing it in the charger can cause errors. It is OK to leave several hours or overnight, but then from the charger and put it in a vacuum.
