Ami I come back to say that I returned the vacuum cleaner and changed my rating from five stars to three. This is my first 5-star review "Well, first I must say it has plenty of power for a stick vac. It literally from floor to suck unlike most love VACS. Given the strength, it's still very easy and takes up very little space. the cup is very easy to empty. it has a nice handle, making it easy to move around. cord is average for most stick VACS. bass is def something you need to get used to it against the wall, but so far it's been good. I wonder what it would do if I spill any of the plinth, however. vacuum maneuvers very well, but sometimes it becomes almost too much. literally can all different directions , which can sometimes move more than you wanted to move. But I'm picky about the strength of this stick vacuum up any little criticism has one "because the vacuum, I still have my stand up, but after they noticed it a few times, I feel really fine, thin scratches in the floor. you couldnt see in certain lights, and I visit certain no one would notice, but they were there. I finally realized that if I hard wood, especially when opposed, aspirate the brushes actually left these thin scratches on the surface . it almost looks like the new brushes are very hard, combined with a strong pull, leaving marks. I must admit, however, we have polished floors, so scratches are only in the coating on the floors. I can imagine if you had more matt flooring type, this would not be a problem. I dont think its scratching the wood at all, only sealing the top.
